ABOUT US

Enville Street Dramatic Society is an award-winning amateur theatre society based in Stourbridge.

The Society has performed in Stourbridge for more than 70 years starting as the social arm of Enville Street Methodist Church and performing in the church hall in West Street, Stourbridge.

When the church hall was demolished the Society moved to St. Thomas’ Church Hall in Market Street and since 2013 we have performed in our present venue at Holy Trinity Amblecote Church Hall in Vicarage Road, Amblecote, Stourbridge.

We are a small, friendly society performing two plays a year in March/April and in November.  Most rehearsals take place at Amblecote but some early ones are held at Norton Community Centre.

Rehearsal nights are usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays with extra rehearsals on Sundays nearer to the performance dates.
